Rifle Blank System. Royal Precision and
Dr. Joe Brailey (the father of frequency
matching) have been designing and manufacturing
frequency matched golf shafts since the
late 70’s.
Often imitated but never duplicated the
Frequency Coefficient Matching system
introduced by Dr. Brailey over 25 years
ago has remained as the only reliable
frequency matching system today. No other
system allows clubmakers to hit exacting
frequencies while simultaneously customizing
trajectory for a given golfer by applying

Rifle Center (8 Hour Workshop)*
Due to an ever expanding Rifle product line
and the rapid growth of Certified Rifle
Centers around the world, a need has developed
to provide continuing education for existing
Rifle Centers. Thus, the introduction of
the Advanced Rifle Center Program, an opportunity
for existing Rifle Centers to maintain a
comprehensive understanding of the Precision
FCM System and to keep up with technological
